Birth Restored Childbirth Education

I am proud to offer the Birth Restored childbirth education course.

This course was designed to help educate, equip, and empower mothers to have a calm, confident birth.

You may take this course as a stand-alone or add it to your doula package. I require all of my clients to take Birth Restored childbirth education with me unless they have recently taken a comparable course.

Having childbirth education is essential to understanding the medical and physiological sides of pregnancy and birth. I find it especially helpful for dads because they are less likely to be inundated with birth stories, research, and social media content. Having an educated and prepared birth partner allows mom to rest into birth and not feel as if she is the sole communicator and protector of her birth space.

I currently teach my classes in either Mckinney or Princeton, TX. I have clients join from all over the DFW metroplex (Allen, Richardson, Anna, Melissa, Dallas, Farmersville, Caddo Mills, Forney, Rockwall, Frisco, and more).
